To get back on topic this week, we're going to be talking about bridal fashion designer Randy Fenoli and how he influences the bridal fashion industry.

Background

Randy Fenoli is probably known more for being on the show Say Yes to the Dress, but he also designs his own bridal gowns. He studied at FIT and earned his degree in fashion design. For many years he has worked at the bridal salon Kleinfeld's in New York City as a designer and consultant.

Now

Today, Randy is still designing bridal gowns and is working at Kleinfeld's. Each collection he releases have different themes and all share the same first letter. For example, the latest collection featured his Desiree, Drezden, and Donatella gowns. His new collection is going to have names that start with the letter 'e'. Randy has said that he is going to make his way all the way to the letter 'z' and then still continue after that.

His Influence

I feel Randy has a good deal of influence over the bridal fashion industry. From being on the show and designing such beautiful gowns and being size inclusive, I can see new and upcoming designers take influence from him and his designs. I know, just has a fashion student, he has influenced me to want to work in the bridal industry. While he may not be your typical fashion influencer, but for the bridal industry he has a decent amount of influence. Also, what I think makes Randy relatable is that he loves to post pictures of his dog, Chewy, and his family. When an influencer does these, they are letting you into their life and you can feel more connected. Below I included a post he made of Chewy from his weekly #SuperChewySunday's.
